Messages you send to our AI Gift Concierge are processed by a third-party AI model provider so it can suggest gifts from our catalogue. Conversations are not stored on our servers. A short summary of your gifting preferences (such as occasion, recipient and budget) is kept only in your own browser's local storage so the concierge doesn't repeat questions during your visit — this now also includes the gift you select for a “Create My Gift” plan, and when you continue to our contact form that same non-sensitive summary is used to pre-fill your message. You can clear it any time with the “Start over” button in the chat, the clear control on the gift plan, or “Clear” on the contact page. Choosing a gift creates a gift request enquiry only — no order or payment is created. Please don't share payment details or sensitive personal information in the chat.
